Scottsdale-based New Dawn Memory Care broke ground on November 1, 2011 at their Sun City West location. New Dawn Memory Care currently has a successful site in Aurora, Colorado and has plans to build in four other locations, Ft. Collins and Colorado Springs, Colorado as well as Williamsburg and Richmond, Virginia.

 

New Dawn Memory Care’s award winning design consists of three cottages containing 16 private rooms with private bathrooms, as well as large and beautifully decorated common spaces. With nurses on site 24 hours a day, a

4:1 staffing ratio and specialized, highly trained staff to deal with dementia and behaviors, New Dawn Memory Care is able to manage all forms of dementia and complex medical needs.
